Love Guatemala Canada
In August, 1997, my husband and I took our first team to Guatemala to work with our daughter who was teaching in San Lucas. Many years later we are building 4-5 houses a year, blessing 150 families a month with food hampers and encouraging 40 sponsored students.
The reward of seeing the gratitude of the people that LGC is helping is so worth the adventure. God has given me a passion to help others, to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
In 2015, my husband passed away in Guate. Life has not been the same but I am so grateful to a God who loves me, protects me and walks with me.
My daughter is still working in Guate and my son and youngest daughter are living in Abbotsford, BC Canada. I have been blessed with children and their families who love the Lord and serve Him where He is leading them.
