Jake and Holly Schilinski
Jake and Holly have been serving in Cameroon since 2004 and work with the ministry of Win Our Nations. They founded Helping Hands Children’s Home (HHCH) in 2008 after they saw a need for a Christ-centered, loving home for the many destitute orphans of Cameroon. HHCH currently has 38 children in its care; these include toddlers to young adults now in university or apprenticeships. HHCH’s goal is to be a loving family to these kids and support them through their childhood and young adult lives so that they are equipped to support themselves and be a blessing and light to Cameroonian society.
Jake and Holly also oversee Faith Bible College which is an evening bible school open to everyone. FBC’s main focus is to assist the churches in Cameroon with discipling and equipping believers. They started Helping Hands Meat Market, a business that provides much-needed jobs as well as proving extra funds for the orphanage.
