Kenan and Vanessa Ketcham
Kenan and Vanessa Ketcham have been working together with tribal missionaries for the last 24 years in the Peruvian Amazon to reach lost tribes for Jesus. They are now teaching them in-depth Bible lessons to help strengthen their understanding of the great doctrines of the Bible so that they can return to their deep jungle communities and teach their people and other tribes that God lays on their hearts as well.
Kenan and Vanessa also love children’s ministry and have been working to reach the poorest children in the jungle city of Pucallpa for the last 24 years. They are developing a ministry center on a piece of land just outside the city where they hope to minister to children and their parents, as well as teaching the Bible to tribal and mestizo church leaders. They plan to make cabins where weary full-time servants of God can find peace and rest from their labors for a time and counseling too. Vanessa is an excellent chef who enjoys cooking for others and loves listening to hurting people when they need to talk to someone. Pray for them as they embark on this great adventure, that God will continue to guide them and provide for the costs of the new ministry center!
