Juan and Susan Fasino de Garcia
Juan and Susan Fasino de Garcia serve medically fragile and disabled children 90 miles south of San Diego near Ensenada, Mexico. They run His Wing's Ranch serving kids with cerebral palsy, down’s syndrome, spina bifida, congenital syndromes, post meningitis, encephalopathy, autism, developmental delays, speech delays and more.
Juan and Susan provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, special education and life skills for the kids. In addition, they provide hippotherapy and equine-assisted psychological therapy for the children suffering from the effects of childhood trauma (like physical, sexual and emotional abuse, neglect, abandonment, attachment disorders, post-traumatic stress, and domestic violence.)
They also provide a wheelchair clinic providing wheelchairs, walkers, and other adaptive equipment. They offer consultations to connect the kids with the help they need from medical visits to medications to dental care to diagnostic testing and they also partner with other ministries to help provide homes, food, water, and transportation to specialists.
They adopt the whole family to bring help, hope, and the love of Jesus to overcome the struggles those families face in meeting the needs of their sick and disabled children.
