Joy Ruffner
Joy Ruffner is serving with a ministry named House of Hope International which has ministries in Honduras, Nicaragua and Bolivia.
Joy shares House of Hope’s vision which is to see women decide to follow Christ and leave behind sexual commerce. That vision includes the integration of women and their children into society by being transformed through the power of healing in Christ, discipleship, and vocational training within a safe, loving, and serving community.
Joy’s passion is working with the children of the women. She provides: bible studies, helps with their education, visits in their homes, and shows the children how Christ loves them unconditionally. She regularly goes to a local hospital and visit with the children there.
