On mission to share the good news of Jesus in Japan, helping people to know and follow Him.
David was born and raised in Japan, and David & Julie have been serving together in Asia for over a decade. In 2022, they moved back to Japan. They are in a region that has the fewest Christians in Japan (1 or 2 Christians per 1,000 people). Most Japanese have never heard the gospel and do not have a single Christian acquaintance.
David's ministry is primarily evangelism and discipleship. David shares the gospel through street evangelism and has follow-up meetings with people who show interest. He also networks with small churches in the region to encourage them and equip those who want to grow in evangelism and discipleship through training workshops.
Julie's main ministry is her family and homeschooling their children. She is also learning Japanese so she can share about the hope she has in Jesus.
